referencing an interview

Hi guys.

Im doing amn EPQ on breast cancer and primary care and as part of this ive interviewed a GP to get some firsthand information. How would I reference this in my EPQ because like its just what they've said and some notes i made while i was doing the interview

Hey I did the same thing as you did last year. So basically if you are doing AQA there is a section in the production log that is titled Candidate Declaration. Here you can put down the name of the GP you interviewed and what kind of information he gave you for example: Dr X, explanation on immunosuppression... If you choose to use the information you have obtained from the interview in your essay there is no need to reference.
