Changing Degrees and SFE

Hi, I'm considering changing universities to the Open University. I was wondering how this works for getting tuition fees paid for the new course. I've studied less than a year of the degree so I think I'm eligible for tuition fee loans but I've also changed courses before about a month in to this year (first year).
