If I have some clarifications to make with some universities, is it okay if I just send the admission officer an email? or should i send a letter instead?

Go for email, unless it's something quite official and important you need to notify them of - it'll be read much quicker and you'll probably get a quicker reply - and it's cheaper!

It's really up to you though. E-mail should be faster.

Go for the email!! addmission tutors prefure to email back as its quicker and usually not quite as formal.

HOWEVER dont email them if your email address is offensive as it doesn't give them there right immpression of you.
