UCL accommodation replacement
Hi, I’m currently looking for a UCL student who’s interested in taking over my accommodation at UCL’s Goldsmid House in Victoria starting anytime from January 2024 up until June 2024. I have a single ensuite room with a large shared kitchen (self-catered) which is priced at £254.59 /week.
The kitchen is shared with 7 other people (all of whom are very friendly and keep the place clean). The room is on the second floor which overlooks an outdoor common area. It has good heating, a lot of shelving spaces, and good wifi.
The accommodation is around 3-5 minutes walk from Victoria station which makes travelling to UCL very convenient as well as travelling to other cities. There is also a large sainsbury right across the street from the accommodation and other supermarkets within walking distance as well. There are also many restaurants in that area!
If anyone is interested, please let me know! I’ll also gladly answer any questions about the accommodation as well.
