They said it's the first year they are doing it. It's not a guaranteed offer, only if someone reject their offer or does not get the grades then Dyson will select someone from the reserve list

There are 49 spaces in pods and they give up to 60 offers I believe. So I believe there are around 10/11 people on the list. But we don't know our ranking on the list.

it might be because last year grades were a bit crazy with predicted grades because of it being after covid so many people got much lower grades than their predicted ones so could be because of that just so they've got back up people

Yeah and also with any program people inevitably drop out and the current first year cohort has 40 people. Having a back up list means they can fill it up to 49 (max capacity) if needed.

Yh i got mine some hours ago i think it will be around 10 ish people on the list considering 10 people rejected there offer last year theres a good chance some could get in
