If you don’t meet the basic entry requirements for Kings then it is very likely you might be rejected as it is very competitive. Do you qualify for a contextual offer from there at all?
What course are you planning to apply to, what is their requirement for that course, and what are your grades - and are those predicted or achieved grades?
to: @artful_lounger im applying to global health and social science. They are my predicted and im one point below the minimum requirement.
Fair to apply then. You may still get an offer - although if you do, it will be the standard offer in all likelihood so you would need to end up doing better in the real exams than you have been predicted. Having a couple of "aspirational" options among your choices is perfectly normal as long as you are realistic about them - in this case I think it's a realistic aspirational choice personally
I would honestly still go for it, I was accepted in King's despite falling one grade short. If your application is strong as a whole I think you have a good chance on getting in!
