Wash it with lots of fabric conditioner.

Febreeze all the way! Comes in a blue spray bottle. You can use it anywhere! Cars, clothes, furnature... Has a pleasant smell too. Oust probably works better since it kills the scent, but I prefer the scent of febreeze.
