Can I get Student finance for a second degree did not take loans for my first degree

So basically I graduated last year with a Bachelor degree but did not take any SFE loans at all due to me not being eligible (Pre settled status EU). But now I have settled status and was considering studying again for another field in some years future. I was wondering because I haven't taken any past student loans I would be eligible for full tuition and maintenance loans?
