Process involved in studying Abroad

Hi there !
I am currently in the process of applying to study abroad in Trakia university. My plan is to study Vet medicine, while i have been able to reach out to many agencies and the university itself i am still unsure what is the best route to take. Any of the agencies that i have spoken with are offering extortionate prices for their services and before committing to anything i would like to hear about some of the route others took and how they found them.
