Need someone to take over my accommodation for the 24/25 academic year

Relevant to students studying in Southampton I've decided to drop out of university and so won't be needing the private accommodation that I arranged for the next academic year. The agreement will be from the 7th July 2024- 30th June 2025 with the house located near the portswood area and close to a unilink bus stop.

Its a double bedroom in a 5 bedroom house with two bathrooms, fitted kitchen and a garden for £530 a month. As the agency for this property has let out rooms on an individual basis I can't say who you will be renting with but the people I met at the viewing I went to were nice. Hi sorry to disappoint but I am not interested in the accommodation. I actually wanted to ask what was the reason for you dropping out as I plan on going to Southampton next year? However if you had a personal issue or something like that, apologies for asking and I hope you are okay!

Oh nothing related to the university so don't worry about that haha just decided it's not for me and I need a year or two out of education after A levels plus personal reasons. Good luck with getting in if you received a conditional offer!
