i wanted to ask if you have circumstance in this case that affects your health can the unis lower the entry requirements for the course you are applying to?

Generally they wouldn't give you a lower offer, but they might consider lower predictions to make you an offer, or give a bit more leeway if you didn't meet the standard offer on results day.

Ahh right it’s just that I have heard some ppl getting lower entry requirements by one grade due to a circumstance

Much more likely due to contextual offer criteria than individual circumstances.

There’s absolutely no harm in submitting the details to your uni choices though. Nothing to lose.
