Not many people know this institute better than me unfortunately…. Maybe you would want to know that both ex senior staff members and students have taken the institute to court for discrimination. Stay away from it it and one day, when you also know more, you may feel blessed you read my post… Best

Does anyone have any experience of psychotherapy training at Metanoia Institute?
I've always thought of it as the top place to go in London and have been planning on applying. But I happened to look it up on Glassdoor today and reading the overwhelmingly negative reviews (talk of bullying, mocking, toxicity etc.) has me thinking twice.
I'd appreciate any feedback from people who know the institute.

First supervisor upset when I left her. The second rejected me stating difference in styles and unable to support me. Took tapes to mock that were approved by 2 qualified supervisors only to have tape rejected and exam stopped in front of peers. Most humiliating experience of my life. Reflects internal inconsistency and abuse of power.
