Can someone help me? I need to send emails to some universities, but I’m an international student, so i have no idea of how to start, how formal I have to be and how to end, if you guys could help me, I would be grateful.

Telephone them. Dont use emails at this time of year. They will have loads of applications and you might not det a response before the deadline if you email.
