Special support grant

So when I filled out the phone I come under the limited capability and children under 20 in school part.
Anyway this is for the support grant.
Iv give my Lwcra benefit letter , they saying it’s not evidence.
I’m an anxiety suffer nothing seems easy to me pls help what they are asking
