Helpdesk Interview

Hey guys

Tomorrow I'm going in for an Interview. It's at HFX for an Help desk first line support role and I'm pretty-nervous.

I am desperate to get this role as this could be the start of an amazing career within IT an industry and field I dreamt of working in as a child and I was wondering if anyone could give me some tips to help me-stand out?

I would also love some general tips for example what kind of questions to expect and prepare for and any advice on how to-answer the questions! I am aware of the S.T.A.R method although I find that confusing so anything simplistic but easy to follow would be great thanks.
