Im an international student with only IGCSE and SATS instead of A levels, should i still apply to unis or am i just going to get rejected
Which country are you in? IGCSEs will never be enough on their own, but I know that SATs are handled differently in different countries - so I can't definitively say whether or not they'd always be acceptable.
Pick a uni you're interested in, and go their web site. Search for a course you're interest in. Scroll down to the "entry requirements" section. Ignore what it says about A levels and other UK-based qualifications. Look for a link marked "international" or a drop-down list of countries. Follow that to find out what their expectations are for whatever country your're in.
For example, if you wanted to attend the University of Surrey (which I just picked at random) and were from the US, then you could translate your SAT scores to A levels (and then match those to their requirements) via the table here. For example, if the course wanted AAA grades at A level, then you could meet those requirements with "1350 in SAT Reasoning (combined) and 700 in three SAT Subject Tests (each)".
