A Level chem question

3.30 g of a compound consisting only of carbon , hydrogen and oxygen were analysed and found to contain 1.29g of carbon and 0.29 g of hydrogen, calculate its emperical formula.

The answer is C3H8O3
I got CH3O
I have no idea how
Any help would be appreciated!!

Divide the mass of each by its relative mass and reduce to integers .
