Hello everyone, i want to sublet my non en-suite room at Urbanest, City. It’s on the ninth floor and the kitchen, and 2 bathrooms are only shared by 2 other people. It’s only a 10 min journey to the Strand campus as well. The tenancy is until the end of September end and can be further extended, if anybody is interested please message me. Amenities: Common room, Study room, Games room, Movie room, 24 hr Reception, Laundry room, etc.

Hi everyone, I’m looking for a replacement tenant for my non-ensuite room in Urbanest City Vine Street from June - August
