replacement tenant for cross house accommodation in Plymouth

I am a student looking for a replacement tenant for September of this year as I have decided to move in with friends into a shared house instead. The cost of the accommodation would be around £124 a week which is roughly 11 quid cheaper then the current offers on the cross house website and its an ensuite room with plenty of space and a shared kitchen on the third floor of the building. It is only a 10 minute walk from both the arts university and main university please contact me if interested
