Plan for Saturday
I've been so bad at planning and posting my plans on here so I'm going to try and do it every evening. I'm soooo close to fully catching up with my school work (apart from integral ew) and we just finished mocks so less intense revision. I'm nearly back to normal 🙂 🙂 . Have you guys had a good week? I just realised in six months time it will nearly be year thirteen. Thats NOTHING.

8-11 Badminton yay

12-1 Biology notes (basically get organised)

2-3:30 Further Maths exercises

4:30-5 try and learn intergration from first principles

7-8 Applications

I've been reading The Appeal and it's greatt so going to try and finish it.
Have a great weekend!!

3 months till doomsday

Halfway through half term and I have done so little work! Tbf I have been busy.... family, badminton matches, sleepover w friends..... but I have a lot of work piling up ☹️ . Fingers crossed I catch up by the end of the week and when I go back to school I have a clean slate to do proper revision. Its parents evening a week tomorrow, so will be interesting to hear what they say (predicted grades ew).
Some good news: my friend introduced me to NF which I'm finding great to listen to whilst doing maths 🙂 .

at least you're not lazing about so being busy with other activities is completely okay for missing out on doing work!! wishing you the best of luck to finish all your work, you got this 🤍🤍💪

Thank you!!! Half term was so great, I ACTUALLY relaxed. But MEI Integral went down so I'm still behind in maths rip. Does anyone else use Integral?

New Half Term so no excuses.
This week has been so busy but my planning is finally helping. All my homework is done in my study periods, so I can use the rest of them to revise and have more free time at home! I'm upping the amount of consistent revision because mocks are looming........
Parents Evening yesterday wasn't great because I asked for constructive feedback but all I got was that 'its to early to tell' ☹️ . Safe to say I wasn't reallyyyy impressed. But my fav teacher suggested I study maths at uni which made me so happy!!

GUYS I NEED YOUR HELP: do any of you do computer science (or know anyone) who would like to help code a programme on excel? I have no idea how easy or hard it is.....but I was thinking about making a table which breaks up subjects into sub topics. then next to it you can rank your confidence, how recently you looked at it and how much time spent on it. It would then tell you which subtopics to study first????
is that easy? I have no clue about CS 💀
I hope it makes sense.

Well done on getting all your hw done (i swear i should have done this, this week was too stressful)! Parents evening normally isn't too helpful if you're doing well, so might be a good sign! I do understand tho, I didn't get much criticism either when I asked they just said 'keep doing what you;re doing and we'll see'. But same in upping the consistent revision, my mocks were done in december but I have AS exams in May 😱

And clearly you are a very good mathematician so whatever you've been doing there is working 😁

@scar-the-queen didn't think a previous post tagged you in properely - do you know how to help with reply 27?

Thank you for the help!! It would be great to work it out, it would be SUCH a cool revision tool!! Its at times like these I wish I took computer science. @scar-the-queen ? or if you know anyone else. I'm not sure if its relatively easy 🙂

good luck for your mocks, I'm sure you will ace them. the good thing about a-levels is that they are so much more enjoyable than gcses! the fine line between productivity and burning out scares me though

They're not mocks they're the real thing 😭 in Wales we do our year 1 exams in year 12, which I think is better so you don't have as many exams in year 13! Thanks for the luck 🤞And yeah you're right I much prefer a levels

Hi! I'm so sorry but I've not really worked with Excel before so I'm not sure how to help you. I've seen people do something like that with Excel before on Pinterest and YouTube so I can try and find a tutorial for you? Sorry I couldn't be of much help.
