hi everyone, i sent kings a message through kings apply over a month ago and they havent replied
is this normal

they responded to me i think within a few days, try again or maybe email?

They don’t reply to me for months now. I think that is normal.
But if urgency matter(sending documents, changing references), they reply within 2-3 days
