They said 2-3 weeks the last day for them to tell me is Wednesday

I have a friend from a different master that she received a rejection letter last week but I have no idea about this specific masters

Yes other masters have started giving out offers. Maybe because their applications have closed for 2025-2026

If you applied before the Dec deadline then the interviews for that lot is over I think. And 10 weeks from the deadline end on 11th Feb, so those people should mostly hear back by then
