Unis offering scholarships instantly before giving offers

Recently got an offer from Manchester 2nd of Feb, right after they sent an email for scholarship opportunities (no other uni did this). For reference, I applied on the 31st on Jan - I recently got an email from Warwick on scholarship opportunities at a random time and was wondering if this was a sign for an incoming offer? Or is it just normal? Anyone with experience or knowledge could let me know

Dont get your hopes up - its all 'marketing' and the emails are sent out on a timeline that has nothing to do with your chances of an offer, its called 'keep warm' marketing, making you feel that they are interested in you.
