How do i change this?
You don't need to, it makes no difference whatsoever as to whether you can apply to accommodation with them.

No problem. Most unis email all offer holders about accommodation anyway, as so many of them change their mind. You can always have a look on their accommodation pages to see when the process starts and how/when the allocation is done.

As above, it doesn’t really make any difference and you can still apply for accommodation with your uni choices.

Does it change if you’re underage ( going to be 17 at enrollment) , I did the same mistake to Manchester.

No, you could still apply for uni managed accommodation regardless. It’s just that you’d likely need approval from your parents and your options would be a bit more limited.
