Given that (x + 3) is a factor of 6x^3 - bx^2 + 18 find the value of b
F(-3) = 6(-3)^3 - bx^2 + 18 = 0
........= -162 - 9x + 18 = 0
.......=> -9b = 144
----.=> b = -16
