Accepting 2 Grad Scheme Offers?

I am international candidate and have received 2 graduate scheme offers and my graduate visa expires in November 2024. Both companies usually sponsor visas and the salary is 31k. However, considering the new salary treshold rules coming in April, the companies are still investigating possible solutions. Is it fine to accept both offers to be more secure if one company drops and withdraws the offer?

P.S roles are (if that may help) : building services electrical engineer
electronic systems integration
