It is a place where parents can exchange information,get support and advice ,and we can demystify Oxford for those who may all the strange language and rituals daunting.We have been running for years and it is just a great place to chat.Many people on this thread go on to advise applicants on the official applicants thread which has no official helpers.
Really surprised and honoured to have 3 threads shortlisted here that I had started. In all cases, (as for the personal statement thread), it is thanks to a large number of other users on the site who give advice that these threads were so helpful.
