Friendship problems

I feel like my friend and I have drifted apart and likely going to stop being friends.
Since she's got a boyfriend October last year she hasn't been messaging me as much as before. Before it was like every day now it's like once in three weeks.

And we haven't met up in 3 months as well, I feel like she we've obviously drifted apart and she's not interested in maintaining our friendship as she spends majority of her time now with her college friends and her boyfriend.

Unfortunately, I feel like this is a really common occurrence. When people find a partner, especially when they're inexperienced, they often draw all their attention towards their relationship, leaving even their best friends in the dust (but in your case, she also spends more time with her college friends). As you said, the person isn't exacting anywhere near the amount of effort you've put in, so the best option is just to leave her to it. Sadly, this kind of thing will happen to just about everyone in life, so its best to let go, for your own sake too - although do be there for her if she needs it. Who knows? Maybe she'll mature and grow into her new surroundings and reach out to you.
