Repeat Year Funding

Hello everyone. I am currently doing an appeal nr 2 with the uni. This is because I was missed off the list of people that were sent an email to decide full year/failed modules. I only got sent a text message a week before deadline to decide. The text used my second name so I didn’t think it was genuine. As a result, I was put for repeat modules. I was told on the SFE chat that because I am repeating part of the year, the uni sent dates of study and funding has been awarded based on these dates. My 3 payments were decreased to 1 payment. My first term finishes in 3 weeks but I have been attending all of my classes. I will still be attending to the end of year and 1 payment isn’t enough.Should I contact SFE again?
