2nd undergrad degree application - do a levels or uni grades? or both?

Hi, I know this is unusual but I'm considering applying to a 2nd undergrad degree. The uni says that you must have a 2:1 or above to apply. Does anyone know if they look at A-levels (and GCSEs - though I doubt it) on top of this requirement? Also how difficult it is logistically do apply for a 2nd undergrad in the 3rd year of your 1st BA? Thanks
