Graduate job - feeling very overwhelmed
I’ve recently graduated in a ahp sector and got my first graduate role. However I’m feeling so overwhelmed, understandably it’s my first week on the job but my goodness.
A bit of context, it’s an nhs role and I’m finding it very overwhelming, trying to get to know all the staff, all the mandatory training, knowing how to cope and deal with patients AND learning the nhs systems. Does anyone have any advice? I’m going to speak to my mentor about it at some point but I just can’t stop crying and feeling very overwhelmed with it all.
Sorry for the rant, I just want to know if there’s anyone else out there feeling the same so I don’t feel so alone
