How do you apply for extra time/adjust(kinda) for medical issues

Hello,
This is a bit embarrassing, but I have a minor - mild issue with medical problems. In short I need to go to the bathroom urgently, Very frequently like hourly. To the point I've been referred to a NHS specialist.

I have documents showing I've been referred by NHS but thanks to the long wait list my first appointment is 8 months wait (October). So till then is there any way to get some type of help. Like extra time or ability to use toilet during exam time. As when your on the verge of spoiling yourself, you ain't concentrating on any exam.

I know it's early to ask but would rather have this sorted early. Also just to clarify I won't be able to attend my first appointment as it is in October, which is way too late. I only have documents saying I'll be seen eventually.

I would go to the SEN department at your school/sixth form/college about it. It sounds like rest breaks could be beneficial (i.e. you are allowed to stop your paper and take a break, then continue and have the time added on at the end). There isn't actually any evidence that needs to be sent to the JCQ for exams, so I would go and talk to the SEN department.
