nottingham for mechanical engineering?

I have an offer from university of nottingham to study mechanical engineering if anyone is doing an engineering course at nottingham can you tell me what the teaching is like , facilities etc ?

I did some research and yes the facilities are quite good. They have a library dedicated to engineering, Engineering Design Studios facilities, Student 3D printing machines , thermodynamics lab and many more . The engineering courses gives you opportunities to study abroad or do a year in industry and the course is a mix of practical group work and theory.

Ive heard the lectures are usually pre-recorded ones, which doesnt sound great for me, is that true though? Also are you studying there?
