There is no one official list of STEM subjects, so the answer may depend on the context of the question. However, it's on most lists I've seen, including this one.

If this is about University entrance, you need to ask each individual Uni.
Some Unis may consider Psych to be a 'science' or ' science related' - but others may not.
Just email each Uni and check.
