Was anyone allowed to choose their set in school?
Like I chose to go from set 5 to set 6 science in year 11 because of one person who may or may not have come down from set 2 to set 5 and she was cyber bullying me. This affected my grade and instead of double science I did single science, instead of higher I did foundation and I didn't like my new teacher.

I never personally felt the need to move sets when I did my GCSEs - I was in set 1 for science, set 1 for maths and set 3 for English. I'm not sure I would have been allowed to move set if I did ask though.
