How will switching to AS maths affect my university offers

I currently have offers for computer science ranging from AAA to CCD for next year, which i have to get for maths, econ and english. I’m currently struggling with maths and was thinking of switching to AS. Would the Unis allow that and would i be able to keep my offers or would i have to reapply next year??

If you are no longer doing 3 levels and no longer meet the terms of your offers, no.

Most universities wont accept you with 2 A levels and an AS. You are likely to need 3 A levels almost everywhere so dropping it isnt really a sensible option. If you only have 2 A levels on results day you will find universities will reject you and you will need 3 A levels when you reapply next year.

The other issue you need to consider is that CS is basically a Maths degree. If you are struggling with A level Maths you are likely to struggle at university especially is somewhere asking for AAA.
