Student finance who isn't inside the UK

Hello Please can I apply for student finance UK but I'm outside the UK possible ?

Is it a distance learning course? I'm not clear on how you plan to study at a UK university if you will not be living in the UK.

I'm guessing they mean 'yes of course' they will be living in the UK. In which case, the convoluted question being asked is can they apply for funding whilst they are physically outside of the UK, (but will be studying here).

You need to be living and studying in the UK and meet our eligibility here https://www.gov.uk/student-finance/who-qualifies
