Police Constable Entry Program-no qualifications required

Hello.
I had applied to the new government program 2024 to became a police officer.
Want to mention that I passed my National SIFT ,and I done it my OAC and waiting for my results.
I m very excited with the new program and want to see if someone else applied for this program and what are your opinions about this new program.

Hi Criss. Well done on getting to the OAC stage. I'm guessing you have received your result by now? I have just completed my OAC. I found the whole experience rather stressful. Especially as you are not allowed to take any notes in the assessment. Every other job I have interviewed for allows you to have notes.
I think the OAC has changed since you completed yours as the values for policing have changed. How did you find your OAC? How long did it take for them to send your results through?

Yeah you're right was very stressfull for me also,unfortunately I havent passed and shame on me I haven't tried once again after 3 months as I felt very discouraged.
It took almost 1 month to get the results,with all the explanations,etc.
To be honest ,I haven't passed from the start(from the case scenario with the noisy house with teenagers that are listening loud music).
I get it as an experience and that it was.
