Choosing a medical school

Hi, was wondering if anyone from University of Birmingham, Leeds or Manchester had some honest advice as to how they are finding medicine there ie the course/ level of student support/ and general student life? Really struggling to decide where to go to!!

same problem here ahah! its a great position to be in but its so hard to choose isnt it
im stuck between leeds and leic rn
what sorts of things have you looked at so far?

Ahhh well done, I know it’s so hard to decide!! I find them all quite evenly matched course-wise, so am going to the offer-holder days to try and help decide😅, I need to also have a look at where placements would be in later years! Are you leaning more towards one?

aw thank u! huge congrats to u too, but yes ahaha it is genuinely the most confusing decision! idkkk ive always been set on leeds i loved it at the open day but the more i look into leicester their course just seems so gooddd! idk whether i should be so picky tho coz tbh leeds' course also seems amazing. other things are im a little worried leeds has too much of a party reputation too so idk if ill fit in but hoping to find my people hahah. probably leaning towards leeds but only abt 60-40 atm pahah. wbu? x

hey, sorry such a late response!! I've just firmed Birmingham as my first choice, hope u manage to decide where to go as its taken me ages ahaha! good luck w the rest of applying : ) x
