How do I change my parents details on my student finance application?

I made an error on my mothers name, I forgot to add her middle name when I was adding her to my student finance which means it won’t allow her to support my application as it says the details don’t match as her middle name is in her account.

We'd recommend that your Mum completes the PFF2 form online instead. We can then add her to your application, and that's all the information we'll need right now.

The form doesn't need to be signed or dated, so please upload it on your account as soon as you can.
