Provisional driving licence application form
Hii I applied for provisional driving licence on 5th of March and paid for it but it's been three weeks I didn't receive my application form ....can anyone please suggest me what I can do now .....???? If I didn't receive my form is that payment refunded or I have to pay for application?????

Yes I received confirmation email....I am trying to send them email but address is not found . It shows awaiting for return form online .

I've done the same thing! I applies online and because I don't have a passport they send you a form which you sign and and a photo to, but you need someone of a profession to sign the bavk of the photo as well as the form itself! currently waiting to receive anything back as it will be a week tomorrow and the tracker hasn't updated!
