According to my teachers predictions, inequality, government failure, development, and balance of payments are likely to come up as they were not really in the other 2 papers

It featured a teensy bit with the question about money supply, but everyone did predict financial market regulation was gonna come up but it didn’t. Personally I have a feeling that it may be something to do with the fact that we’ve had a lot of prime ministers come in and a lot of their policies have messed with the economy, for example Liz truss trying to use trickle down economics so the paper could mention whether intervention is needed to solve inequality and it could be about government failure

Econplusdal has videos like walking you through answers to really hard ones so you can understand the reasoning, and videos for memorising formulas that you might need, I definitely reccomend revising any formulas

What's everyone thinking for grade boundaries this year? Similar to last years or higher?

People found the other papers way too easy, I'd say 2% down from last year though

Also does anyone know what featured last year in the 2023 Paper 3 as it would be unlikely to come up this year

my first time doing this paper will be the exam, anyone else?

10 marker - economic development
15 marker - explain possible reasons for fluctuations in the world price of tea
25 marker - would you recommend that the government cut its spending to reduce its debt

So you think 53% for a B and 63% for an A? That's quite low I can't lie. Because last year 55% was a B and 65% was an A

I think it'll be around 60% for a B and 70% for an A

5% higher? I'm completely ****ed then. Tbh pre-pandemic levels for an A was 68% so you might be right🥲

i have been told by teachers they will probably be similar to last year. it does not tend to get higher than 68% for an A

is all the points we need for our 15/25 markers in the extracts ? So we don't really need pre planned essays as the extracts should have enough to drive our answers ?
