yeah ngl my teacher is emphasising that quite a bit, possibly the extracts. i’d focus on if she was in control in her government or if she was influenced by ministers, if her ministers served her well and if she was cautious in her policy etc, those are likely some key government themes you’ll be able to bring in

Would control of ministers and vice versa be the main points for that

dw, tw of my classmates in history have to do law as well...do you have any idea what might come up?

do essay plans!! use flashcards and quizlet and i can send you essay plans someone sent me if you want, memorise them and find alternative points that would also fit the question just in case those come up.

Tsarist and Communist Russia predictions??

Interpretations have to be communist content since last year was tsarist and they tend to alternate so i'm thinking Lenin political authority/the revolution? Definitely a question on Alexander III as he last came up in 2019, something to do with Nicholas II economy - I was thinking Lenin/Nicholas II economy comparison and then I'm not sure but a stalin/khrushchev comparison

Yes I defo think Bolsheviks coming to power will be on there or even how they consolidated their power, and then it could be an Alexander III and Nicholas II comparison maybe? Like economy under them both. Or I was also thinking how Stalin dealt with opposition or how Alexander III dealt with it? Got way too many predictions

can't just be on alexander III for opposition his reign is too short for a question solely on him it will be either alexander ii and alexander III comparison opposition or alexander III nicholas comaprison opposition. So far aqa has always used alexadner II in comparison questions , it would very unlikely for it to be nicholas II but no harm in planning it, that 2019 paper was awful.

Yeah maybe like how effectively opposition was dealt with between 1855-94? But Alexander ii is always on it so idek know anymore. If the paper is anything like the 2019 one I'm walking out

im pretty certain he will, the exam questions usually cover each monarch so i would be surprised if he doesnt 🙂
