It’s okay! So basically digital community groups through Facebook or forum pages. They help report issues like potholes, or even raise awareness on local events going on in the area

does anyone have advice for the CSMP 8 markers which ask you to analyse a figure, I always feel they're quite obscure and I can never get more than 5/8 on them

thank you in advance

Have at least 3-4 peices of evidence - that can be map grid references, saying what you see, names of places, etc. Once you have those evidence, then try to think how it can relate to the question.

For example:
At grid reference 456, 385, Fig 1. shows a University called CSMP University. This provides opportunities for people as those in colleges such as CSMP Sixth Form at grid reference 394, 291 have the opportunity to learn more. By doing so, it also provides many employment opportunities especially in the quaternary sector as shown by the CSMP Science Lab in 357, 292.

The more evidence, the better. This is an example of how u can integrate evidence into ur answer; but in an exam, I would develop the answer a bit more I just cba rn lol.

Do you think migration policies could be an 8 or 16 marker? Hoping not a 16 marker bc i wouldn’t know how to properly evaluate lol

Honeslty it depends. Last year they specified interdependence for an LIDc so they could do the same for migration policies with an AC or something. If it was a 16 marker you coukd evaluate the effectiveness of them or challenges. For example, human trafficking in Laos and the gov migration policies were not effective so ILO has to step in.

I found a video called: Global Systems Global Governance - AQA A Level Geography - Full Topic Revision. Could this be the same as TRADE IN THE CONTEMPRARY WORLD/POWERS AND BOARDERS in OCR?

I think the 16 marker might be on powers and borders this time and I'm hoping it's on global governance and comparing it to national governance.

Yes I did!! And IDK how to revise it, human geography doesn't seem to have set info that you need to know it just asks you to talk about everything ???

it's so annoying to revise! I've literally just made flash cards on literally everything but I always feel the 16 markers are worded weirdly with global connections
