UCL twin room preferences

I'm (hopefully!) starting at UCL in Sept this year and am looking to share a room with a friend of mine in the same position. It says on the UCL accommodation FAQ that when filling out the application, you can indicate any other prospective applicant you would be willing to share a twin room with. Does anyone know if this is actually taken into consideration?? My friend and I would both rather get separate rooms than end up sharing with strangers... are we better off just not taking the risk?

Also, anyone know which accom has the best shared bathroom situation? Where has the least people to a bathroom?? The UCL website doesn't have any info on this

Hey! Did you end up getting a twin room at UCL? Curious as I just received an accomodation offer and explore other options for swapping
