Hi I move to the UK around 2 years( follow family visa) but my mom stay here about 3 years
1.for require,they said have to live here about 3 years .The question is I can borrow money from Government? (In my opinion,my mom stay here already 3 years <but im not > ?
2.If not HOW I can do or just go bank and asking them for student loan ??

Hi my course started 23 Sept 2024 and my nationality is Thai ,so this is a problem. I thought I cant borrow from Government have to go bank TT

Hi inggsrin,

You wouldn't usually be eligible for Student Finance England funding as a Rest of the World national unless you have Indefinite Leave to Remain in the UK

Even I have family in here, and my dad is British.Furthermore, mom,dad, and me pay for tax everything. I still can't borrow from the government?

Hi inggsrin,

I am not able to give financial advice so would not be able to advise how you can finance your studies without Student Finance England support.

You may be able to apply as the family member of a British national if your dad is British. You may be eligible for tuition fee only funding if you have been living in the UK and Islands for three years prior to the first day of the first AY of the course.
