The syllabus for Biology A-level is constantly changing so papers from years ago will probably not be relevant, anyway.

The syllabus was complewtely rewritten in 2000, as you all should know. Since then there have bee 8 papers in total for Modules 1 and 2. that should be more than enough for practise!
Module 1:
\ANY question on enzymes, mention active site; H-bonds being affected (by temp, pH etc); enzyme-substrate complexes; complEmentary shape of subtrate and active site.
ANY question on temperature, mention speed of molecules; Kinetic energy; (if enzymes) breaking H-bonds, distorting Active site etc etc.
ANY question on Diffusion mention: Fick's law, then think how each of teh 3 factors applies in the question and list them (i.e. surface area, concentration, distance)

Module 2:
ANY question on Genetic engineering mention:
restriction (endonuclease) enzymes; sticky ends; complEmentary base pairing; DNA ligase

Fermenters:
Mention competition for nutrients; contamination of product with toxins; reduced yield; increased costs.
