I've done the main theme, need to go over defences, mini topics and concept essays, and then start doing practice papers

I've got most of Unit 1 sorted, just need to practice the exam structure and q9 then i'm set!
Does anyone know how to structure the 15 markers and what topics could come up?

You basically need to have 3 main discussion points for the examine part of the question, which you can pre plan. For example with the theory of harm, you should talk about the meaning of harm and how it's criminalised in the law, then the idea of harm to others and theorists such as J.S. Mill's argument, then the idea of harm to society and Lord Devlin's argument and further examples within the law, such as the case of R v Brown. Def pre plan the examine as it's an easy 10 marks!!
