Im not a law student, but just had a little look online for Paper 1:
Question 1-5 = multiple choice (1-mark questions)
Question 6-7 = explain/suggest.... (5-mark questions)
Question 8 = advise X about.... (10-marks)
Question 9 = extended answer - examine the meaning of... (15-marks)

Hope this helps!

Literally! I even find Criminal easier, which is odd because there are so many more variables

contract is the worst, i feel like its because its harder without set structures like in crim/tort and u have to kinda be more analytical

True, but the content is unbelievable and you have to remember additional laws and stuff, I really need some recommendations on how to at least get 50 marks on the paper 😭

How are you revising for it? I've focused on Tort so much I've left myself with only a week to cover everything

I have focused a lot on tort so I am now leaving it alone, if you have revised tort a lot you likely know the content well enough and would be okay just refreshing your memory briefly everyday and then revising more in-depth on Monday before the exam. I would recommend spending the majority of your time on human rights now - u still have 10 days which is enough time believe me, you can cover a lot on your own. try blurting - read over your text book, write down everything you know, read over the text book again and then write in another colour the things you missed out. this will ensure that you are focusing your revision on the things you cant remember. I would try focusing on one article per day - rn I am going over article 2 - this is so you dont get overwhelmed. human rights is very hard btw and most people do not do as well on this paper, look at the grade boundaries - you can see that to get into A* you only usually need 65-67 marks. you'll be okay. btw I am not an expert - human rights is absolutely my weakest area and I have barely covered the content too, I think most students will be in the same position so dont worry it is really hard to balance your time effectively

Thanks so much, it's nice to know that someone else is in the same position as I am 😅I'm sure we've got this either way, even if it's not an A* 🎉🥳
