LSE 2024 verification help

I've tried to fill out the verification form multiple times but the same thing keeps happening. It says it has been submitted/complete but then after I click close, it then says that something didn't work or it was the wifi even though my wifi is working fine.

When refresh the student verification form it wants me to fill it out again.

Is anyone else having these issues or know how to solve them?

I am having the same issue, I think the website is bugged.

hey, i kept on trying it and did it on a different wifi (eg. my 4G) and that seemed to work because i emailed the assistance team and they said that they've received my student verification

does it say complete in the home page when you log in?
also who did you contact as its still not working with the 4G.

After submitting it, the home page didn't say complete or anything, only to submit my info if i haven't already
i emailed the ARD assistance team at [email protected] and then i just got an email last night confirming my ID photo has been approved
